In addition to networking opportunities and 180 learning sessions, ExhibitorLive also honored the industry’s most innovative companies with a series of awards, which were presented March 1 at the conference.

“Every year, the ExhibitorLive exhibit hall features an exceptional array of products and services that are brand new to the industry, which is exactly what our attendees want to see,” said John Pavek, chief marketing officer, Exhibitor Media Group, which owns Exhibitor magazine and ExhibitorLive.

The Best of Show Awards showcase excellence in live exhibiting and honor ExhibitorLive’s top companies in four categories: large exhibit, small exhibit (200 square feet and under), best booth staff and new exhibitor. The 2016 winners were:

• Large Booth – Derse
• Small Booth – PosterGarden
• Best New Exhibitor – Bluewater Display
• Best Booth Staff – Featherlite Exhibits

The conference also featured a New Product Showcase where 59 new products were on display. All were eligible for the Buyers Choice Award, a prestigious award that recognizes the top new products of the year. Winners were selected by a jury of corporate end users.

Perhaps the biggest winner of the day, exhibitry.com racked up four awards for four products, including a touch-free interactive kiosk called the Touchfree Interactor, and the HoloTube, an interactive display that allows users to manipulate a series of holographic images, such as a holographic host or product. Exhibitry.com’s award-winning products include:

• CurvTouch Kiosk
• HoloTube and HoloTube Kiosk Interactive Holographic Displays
• Touchfree Interactor
• X-Ray Visualizer

Also winning Buyer’s Choice Awards were Freeman and Interaction Q.

Freeman was awarded for its Freeman Online App, a mobile app that helps show organizers manage their event, including tracking freight, shopping for last-minute items and checking out of the show with the tap of a button.

Interaction Q was presented with a Buyer’s Choice Award for Interaction Q, a tool that allows booth staff to capture leads and deliver content with a text message keyword and shortcode number.

“Our attendee judges had a tough challenge and did an admirable job selecting this year’s winners,” Pavek said. “Congratulations to all!”
